There were two assessments after HR reached out. First assessment was like an IQ test. Second assessment had 5-6 parts that includes some case studies. In general it was not easy but not super hard. Since it was a customer support role the technical questions were not difficult.

After passing the Cv and cover letter screening, you are invited to take a couple of tests to evaluate personality and problem solving attitudes. If succesfull there is a first interview and then a second interview
