I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bending Spoons (Milan) in Mar 2023
Interview
After the CV selection, the recruiting process starts with some behavioral, logic and problem-solving quizzes. If for your role you are required to complete some coding challenges you can write code by choosing one between the most common languages (Java, Python, Swift, ...) or in pseudocode if you are not comfortable with any of them. Those challenges have a moderate difficulty in my opinion, and they have the goal to test also your reasoning skills. The interviewers tend to put you at ease. You might have multiple HR and technical interviews. The feedback on each interview is not shared between the interviewers, so that they are not biased by your performance in your previous interviews. As a pro, you can hold the entire process online. As a con, it may take you some time to complete the whole process, depending on the number of steps you are required to complete (I would say from 1 to 2 months).

Question 1
HR interviews are mainly focused on your background, on your career goals, on your motivation and your passion in what you do.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Bending Spoons in Jun 2023
Interview
After the initial screening there are some logic and behavioural tests to be taken offline. Afterwards there is a behavioural interview with HR. If all is good, a logic and technical interview follow. There is a gap of approximately 1 week per interview and I received the offer 1 week and a half after my last interview. Overall the process was long but everyone was friendly and helpful.

Question 1
Quizzes about your personality, logic and general software knowledge.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bending Spoons (Milan) in Jul 2022
Interview
The interview process consisted of online tests, HR interviews and a technical interview. I found the process very refreshing compared to other companies I applied to, because instead of focusing on technical knowledge and solving the same old algorithmic tasks, their exercises tested only the way of thinking and the ability to understand and solve problems. HR interviews were relatively standard, and all people I talked with were very pleasant.
