This multi-stage process consists of online assessments, interviews, and internal referrals. While the steps are straightforward, the overall timeline is quite extended and lasts much longer than typical hiring processes elsewhere.

The process consist of various steps. For this position, I had to go through 6 phases (tasks, interviews and references). While this can be hard to follow, it only lasted for about 30 days, with constant updates from the talent team (shoutout to them). So yeah, it is hard but the rewards are definitely higher.
