Interview
I got to the first stage of having to do tasks send by an automated service. If a company can't spare 20min to initially speak to me as a human before giving me a task to do which also is not explained the nature of until you allow the website to record your face, desktop and your mic then this is not a company that values human interaction. The task is literally the opposite of what a product desinger would ever approach in their work life, an unknown unexplained task which you only find out once you click start is a red flag if I ever seen one.

I task sono impegnativi e richiedono fino a 1 settimana di lavoro ciascuno
Process is quite lengthy. I’m still completing last design task which is almost asking to do full end-to-end app for them. Questions regarding the logical riddles where quite weird (don’t know really why they are there). Also there’a one AI interview where you are in camera and speak to it (wasn’t that bad)
They made me do a cover letter cv and 2 tasks and to do it you have to have the camara on and the microphone.
