I only got to the first stage. I was asked to do three timed assessments online that wasn't difficult, but required some good thinking. It was mainly logical solutions themed with multiple-choice type questions. It seemed that I was assessed on both accuracy and speed. One thing I noticed about this company is that they have dozens of vacancies everywhere all year round, even in cities where they don't have headquarters in. So, my guess would be that a lot of the times these listings are posted mainly for investors to see.

El proceso de entrevista fue muy claro desde el principio en cuanto al número de fases que habría y lo que ocurriría en cada una. En la entrevista práctica me pidieron realizar una tarea en casa que consistía en diseñar diferentes pantallas hipotéticas aplicando las mejores prácticas de UX. Sentí que el límite de tiempo era un poco reducido, ya que solo tenía dos horas para entregar el diseño final, lo cual no era suficiente para hacer una investigación previa y realizar un verdadero trabajo de UX. Fueron muy receptivos a cualquier pregunta que tuve y respondieron rápidamente.
