I interviewed for a position at Benchmarx in Walsall. The interview went really well and I felt really positive coming out of it. My interview was on a Tuesday and I was told they would be in touch the following Monday with any updates on their decision (including if they needed more time to make the decision). Despite trying to get in touch to see if there was an update on the decision process, I have still had no form of contact from them. This was very disappointing as the interview went very well and it seemed like such a great place to work.

The Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery interview process is pretty straightforward. It starts with submitting your application, which the recruitment team reviews to see if you’re a good fit. If you make the cut, you’ll have a virtual interview—either a phone or video call—where they’ll get to know you better. If that goes well, you’ll be invited for a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager to dive deeper into your experience and skills. If you’re successful, you’ll get a verbal offer, followed by a formal contract after the necessary background checks.
