The process was great. Everyone was very nice, and really want to get to know you. They are very passionate about what they do, and are looking for people that will be a good fit for the team/company.
They knew I was already interviewing with other companies and did everything to make this a short and smooth process. It was really apparent, especially in comparison to other companies that drag the process for a long time.
They are always happy to answer any questions, the product seems awesome and I definitely think they have a great outlook!
I ended up getting other offers and decided that at this time, I will go another route, but that was a tough decision to make.
I wish BenchSci the best :)
Pretty straight forward process.
- Interview with the company's recruiter
- Technical test (take home or via CoderPad)
- Interview with the hiring manager
- Interview about system design
- Interview with the SVP of Engineering
