Everyone I interacted with was very polite. I went through the initial screening interview and an interview with the hiring manager. The interviews felt natural, and they sent me quick replies and updates throughout the process.

The interview process is a long one- 4 interviews in total- first with the HR ( I interviewed with Sean) and had a positive experience as it was very informal and passed this round. The second one is with hiring manager and the third is a case study which takes up a lot of time, just these 3 interviews took almost 2 months and I got a rejection after that. Also they prioritize having a PhD over any experience in the field.
