I first had a phone interview. After that I was invited to their local office for a personal interview. During the phone call my level of English was tested. During the personal interview I had to describe my strength and weaknesses, why I am suitable for this job, what sets me apart from others and so on. The job had a focus on CSR, so I was also asked several questions about CSR and my former involvement with it in university.
