Belron International Limited interview questions

Recruiter interview, data analytics take-home assignment (tricky since it was open-ended questions based on simulated data), and panel interview with hiring manager + 2 team members. 45min to cover assignment, presentation and many scenario based questions.

I applied for the Graduate role and was asked to appear for another branch than what I had applied for. All the interviews until the assessment centre were in English and suddenly on the day of, we were informed that the case studies, group discussions would be held in German. They had just asked a lot of people to come for the final round to give an illusion of a fair interview, but it was far from fair. They even told us that the costs to come to Cologne would be reimbursed, and we have yet to receive the reimbursements (3 months now). I would not recommend this company to any new graduates; they are not open to change or innovation and would like to do things the way they are now.
