5 interviews total: - Recruiter - 2 interviews with Managers of the team - Interview with the Director over the team - Last is with CEO or someone from the C Suite. I interviewed with the CBO All of the interviews were super nice and friendly- more of a conversational style interview. They really wanted to make sure you knew what you were getting yourself into.

I had a great experience interviewing with Belong! There were 5 total interviews and I loved how each of them felt more like a conversation than a stuffy interview. The final interview with the CEO is a nice touch that you don’t see too often! My first conversation with Matt, the recruiter, was great and he did a great job keeping me up to date throughout the whole process.

My first point of contact was the recruiter, Matt, who made the interview process seamless. The Belong team was responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. Overall, I had about 4 or 5 interviews, and it was a very streamlined and a positive experience.
