Interview with a panel of folks including Director of Security, Operations Manager, Human resources. They'll immediately ask you about your thoughts of handling situations where race may be a issue. They want to make sure they're not hiring a racist. They'll tell you about the countless miles you'll walk during your shift up stairs, basements etc. They won't mention that the school is in financial crisis and that $14.35 is your starting wage with no raises for at least 3 years. Please know what you're getting in to!
