I applied online. I interviewed at Bellwether Housing (Seattle, WA) in Sept 2023
Interview
Started with a broken link to schedule a phone screening sent by a recruiter who never apologized and just suggested a time to talk instead. We had a phone screening which felt unprepared and more like a sales pitch. Then several days later I was asked to move forward to yet another screening with another recruiter. Right before that was to occur, the recruiter emailed to ask if I was okay with the salary range, which had overnight changed to much less than offered originally with no explanation given other than "that's the salary range we can offer at this time." I said yes as I was interested in the company but asked if compensation would be negotiable after a 90 day period since it was much less than the area average for this kind of role. I got the run around and the recruiter asked again if I was sure I wanted to move forward. After that, I decided to leave the process as it felt like they didn't want me to want to move forward and were okay offering candidates much less than they were worth while being a hybrid role in one of the most expensive cities in the country.

Question 1
Basic questions about scheduling volume and workplace competency. Felt more like an interview you'd have for culture fit.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bellwether Housing (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Initial phone interview was pleasant and to the point. I was called back for an in person interview the next day and met with everyone within five days. There are many positions open as I think many positive changes are currently happening within the company. They are very on top of things and seem well organized. I’m looking forward to working with this company.
