I was invited by a recruiter at Bell to interview for a Mobile iOS Developer. The process was efficient and completed within a week, including an assessment, a screening call, and a technical interview. I thoroughly enjoyed the technical round, as the conversation was engaging and insightful. However, I was informed that the recruiter would follow up regarding the next steps after the interview. Despite sending a couple of follow-up emails over the next week, I did not receive any response, leaving me feeling ghosted and uncertain about the outcome of my application. While I appreciated the professionalism and quality of the interview process itself, the lack of communication after the round was disappointing. I hope Bell can improve its follow-up process to provide better closure for candidates.
