Belka Games interview questions

It took three weeks to review my CV. HR interview was okay. Asked to complete excel test. I found the excel task very interesting, complex, inconsistent, and unclear. In addition, it requires deep VBA knowledge and knowledge about taxes. FYI - there is no information in the job description about it. Based on the hiring manager's feedback, I have received unsatisfactory results. I have made this task with mistakes, and my way of thinking does not comply with a way of thinking hiring manager's mind. Feedback example "too short" when it was required to write an answer shortly. Making decisions based on one metric without seeing the complete picture does not comply with the positive feedback I collected about Belka games. Company +400 staff, two employees in the finance department, no CFO, no EPR system, everything is manual. They are looking for super skilled staff and offering below market salary.
