Laid back and informational. Intentional about making sure I was a right fit for the flexible and unpredictable nature of their work environment. Personally, it seemed like an unconventional type of interview, which seems applicable since it’s not like any typical work environment. They cared more about just getting to know me as a person and if I was a good fit for their clients.
