Applied online, they called to prescreen me to see if I was still interested, then scheduled a very brief interview, got tour of building, online onboarding, plus in person with HR, very simple
The interview process was very casual and easy. I had a one on one with the hiring manager and was asked easy questions about previous experiance and what I was looking for.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Belk in Jan 2020
Interview
Met the recruiters at a table at our career fair. Got called for an interview the next day. After that they flew me to their corporate office in North Carolina to get a tour, do 3 more interviews and Q&A sessions.
