Interview
The interview process was very easy. They just asked me a few questions about myself, availability, and what role I would like to apply for. Manager was nice but coniving about hours I would actually work after being hired.
The best way to get hired is to attend a career fair. I attended and was hired immediately. The best times for this is during peak season such as near the holidays. The interview questions are standard such as where do you see yourself in 5 years. The dress is business casual. I believe there is only one round of interviews.

The HR manager was very friendly, and personable. made me feel at ease. She gave me a lot of information about the position as well as the company. Hopefully I will get an offer this week!

Interview
I was interviewed over the phone and then asked to come in for an in person interview. I have a bachelors degree in business . 4 years of retail experience and 5 years of customers service . I did good in the interview but some how I wasn’t chosen for then job..... I knew I wasn’t gonna get an offer when I did not see a single black employee working. Racist company or racist hiring manager because I was clearly qualified.
