I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Behaviour Interactive (Montreal, QC) in Jul 2026
Interview
The first interview was 30 minutes and low pressure. The interviewer was kind and took notes as I answered questions. They were mostly targeted at me as a person, my aspirations and my portfolio as well as what I knew about the company. No question took me by surprise. It was a pleasant experience

Interview
I applied through Linkedin. Then, I got invited for some questions in Codility. Didn't pass the online questions. The difficulty is that you need to optimize your solution to the question. I got correct but not optimized enough.

Interview
I started off with a 30-minute video call with their recruiter. It was a pretty straightforward initial chat, just getting to know each other, talking about my experience and understanding a bit more about the role. Then, I had an in-person interview that lasted about an hour with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the Director. That conversation was a bit more in-depth, they really wanted to dive into my approach to recruitment and how I handle certain scenarios. Overall, it was a really smooth and professional process.
