It was not organized. The person who interviewed me was unable to answer most of my questions since she was not in my region. I was incorrectly put into the system. I did not have my company items by the start date which made onboarding extremely difficult.

The interview process was very smooth. They made sure I was comfortable and I noticed that I wasn't nervous when talking to them. They were just so welcoming, kind, and friendly. I was asked questions regarding scenarios, "what would you do if...", "how would you program for.."
