General interview questions. My interviewer was very down to earth yet professional. Felt like I was talking to one of my cousins. They walk you through a day in the job. They also provide more than adequate examples of what they’ve gone through, so you know what you are getting into. Besides that they let you know what to expect after the interview process

Interview was virtual. The process wasn’t long. You submit a form with your availability before the interview so they can accommodate your schedule. Very understanding and open to any questions i had.

Have you had experience with children on the spectrum?
It was really easy! The recruiter was really nice and gave me the job right away. We mostly chatted about my past experiences and how I qualify for the job.

pretty smooth process, if you have experience and open availability you'll most likely get the job. There is a phone screen, and then a virtual interview. After that if you are picked you will get a phone call and sent over onboarding paperwork
