Submit application and then in person interview. They asked what I would do if a kiddo had a tantrum. They also wanted to know any prior experience working with kiddos on the spectrum.

More so situational questions and describing the scope of work . They let me know what the company was like and how many hours I could expect to get and wanted to know my open availability.
