Long, impersonal, inauthentic, inorganic- corporate, online communications/ basically a rigamarole on non human and highly ineffective engagement. The process was plastic and it was clear that hierachy and over importance placing management as a wedge between ownership and employees was key in the set up. In efforts to restructure it was clear they were seeking help be more natural and were not willing to change systems to have a healthier work team.
This was clear in interview process ( an interview is two ways).
