Interview
I met with the store manager and turned in my application. He gave me an initial interview and asked me some basic questions regarding my previous employer. He then forwarded my application to the store manager and I had an interview with him where he asked me some very basic behavioral interview questions as well as the typical "why Bed Bath and Beyond?" etc.
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.
It was pretty straightforward. They asked about why I wanted to work there and what experience I had. Then they asked about my available hours and things like that. It wasn’t too difficult or anything like that.
