Interview
There were two face to face interviews one with the Customer Service Manager and one with the Store Manager. Both interviews were straightforward.
If you are able to be happy and excited while talking and show a general interest in the company and tell them how much you love their store; the whole process is a cake walk.

Interview
It was friendly the entire time. The conversation was not uncomfortable or weird. It was a positive interview. The questions were not hard, and they really want to know about who you are as a person.
2 Interviews consisting of a phone interview followed by a two person interview. The interviews were an hour long. Covered standard situational customer service questions. Background check as well as employee verifications were conducted by a third party.
