1st initial phone interview. Was told I would have 3 more interviews if I “passed” the initial. The interview lasted 15 minutes. He asked me questions I had already answered in the previous statements. Truly felt like he was paying attention to his next question instead of my answers. He asked me if I had any questions and I professionally asked (as I do and it’s important for an applicant to know) base salary or hourly pay. He said he doesn’t discuss pay on the first interview. After that, I said, ok thank you for your time… and I allowed him to close the interview knowing I don’t want to work for a company that requires 45-50 hours of my time but won’t discuss pay. As an experienced manager, I’ve never not answered a question about pay, even if the answer is vague. It’s up to the employer to get an applicant excited about a position… frankly, interviewers should be aware they are being interviewed, as well. Don’t be afraid to ask about pay… it’s your time and hard work.

Had to jump on 3 separate video interviews, but they were all straightforward. They want to recap your Career history, review your Skills, and lastly the Q &A. Overall, the entire process took 1.5 weeks.
