I told customer service I was there for an interview. The manager met/greeted me on the sales floor. We went inside the office, she asked me interview questions , as well she asked for a reference. Choose someone reliable because they call.

Question 1
Tell me about a situation where you took a leadership role?
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.
It was pretty straightforward. They asked about why I wanted to work there and what experience I had. Then they asked about my available hours and things like that. It wasn’t too difficult or anything like that.
