it was timely process; response was timely and positive. Very straight forward. An email was sent to initiate the process. Phone screening occured and it was 30 mins long.

what is your availability and are you willing to work weekends?
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.
It was pretty straightforward. They asked about why I wanted to work there and what experience I had. Then they asked about my available hours and things like that. It wasn’t too difficult or anything like that.
