I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond (Centerville, OH) in Feb 2013
Interview
Got there had a paper app thrown at me so I filled it out. Sat down with an H.R. hiring manager and was just told about the company was asked a few management questions was told that they start everyone at department manager level (which was a mislead from the email he sent me since he reached out to me, I never sent them my resume? So I was then asked what I thought I should be paid and if I would consider other markets than just the one I reside in and I said yes. He thn stated that he would get back with me in a week or so. I got a letter in the mail 2 weeks later saying that he wouldn't be able to extend an offer. It really seemed like a weird awkward interview, I left there not wanting the job anyway.
Had to jump on 3 separate video interviews, but they were all straightforward. They want to recap your Career history, review your Skills, and lastly the Q &A. Overall, the entire process took 1.5 weeks.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond (Prescott, AZ) in Oct 2022
Interview
Had a phone interview and moved to an in person interview with the DM. Both interviews went very well, as they both were very friendly and made the process stress free.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Recruiter didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the company or the job description. Didn’t seem to come with prepared questions. Didn’t seem happy about having to interview. Recruiter repeatedly coughed into the phone without any apologies. Made me not want to finish the interview.
