Simply interview with the store manager. Was Hired on the spot. The trick is to know when they are hiring people, right before the holidays or when the college sessions begin are great times to apply because they need more people.
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.

When turning in your application they do a 5 minute on the spot interview with a Manger on Duty. Afterwards, they called to arrange a formal interview with the store manager.
