I had an interview with the assistant store manager that lasted 1hour and then came back the next day for a interview with the store manager and the interview lasted 10minutes.

What do you think qualifies you for this job? And why?
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.
It was pretty straightforward. They asked about why I wanted to work there and what experience I had. Then they asked about my available hours and things like that. It wasn’t too difficult or anything like that.
