I was first interviewed by the senior HR manager for 15 minutes, given basic qualification questions. Then I spent an hour with two senior outbound managers regarding my technical qualifications. During the course of the meeting I built a great report with the two Outbound managers and had a great back and forth about our technical distribution expertise. After the interview I was called 30 minutes later and given a job offer.
