Interview
Got a call to come in for an interview. Met with 2 managers and then the store manager. They explained their mission and values and asked how I could benefit the company, what hours I'm available, and my minimum salary. Hired me on the spot.
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond (Ann Arbor, MI)
Interview
When turning in your application they do a 5 minute on the spot interview with a Manger on Duty. Afterwards, they called to arrange a formal interview with the store manager.
