Becrypt interview questions

Becrypt like to recruit directly and it was a four stage interview, one with HR, then a coding test, then a review of the coding test, then meeting the senior members of the team for a technical discussion

The interview process started off initially with a telephone interview which went good. The next stage interview was a face to face and then with another panel of people which I will get in detail later. Following up with the telephone interview, I got initially interviewed by two excellent part of the Becrypt crew who were part of the testing side. They will of course, ask you the usual techy stuff of QA testing. So brush up on it. They did an good job promoting Becrypt and their values. Very friendly. Unfortunately, things after got bad. Once they left, I got interviewed by two other people. They werent part of the testing side. But they were both as bad as each other. I dont ever recall having such a bad interview experience since attending this interview. The first person was just quizzing endlessly on my CV with no direct reason to why. I just gave my answers polity and just hope it ended. To give you an idea how long this was, this part of the interview with the 2nd persons question as well lasted more then my first part with the other two testers. In all honesty, the first person should have been on call with the initial telephone interview and not attend the face to face section. There was also a 2nd person in this second part of the interview. This person was just out right terrible. He was stern through out the interview process and trying to make me uncomfortable as much as possible. He was even picking his nose in a very awkward position at one point. Intentionally trying to distract me. The 1st persons body language who sat next to the 2nd person whilst this was happening was like "What ever, deal with it". The only impression they made on me was how bad the standards of there interview process was. Total interview time: 2+ hours
