Beckett interview questions

Applied online, phone interview, expressed concerns about being ghosted during the process. Recruiter claims they do not do that. Also expressed concerns that their reviews were heavy on the negative for lack of follow up with the service. Got virtual interview the next day and was promised replies by the next week. Four weeks later nothing back after several follow up emails were sent.
