Interview
The interview process was great; they supported me throughout and were eager to answer any questions I had. I did a first stage interview where I just answered questions and was invited back for a second stage interview where I had to prepare a presentation on the company and myself to pitch to them.
There was a two stage interview process. Stage 1 with Ben who is in the recruitment team. He was really helpful giving me lots of info on the business and what I could expect from a career at Bechtle. He also prepared me really well for stage 2 which is a presentation for Aron who is the team leader

What is motivating you to move into a career in sales
Be personable. It's a standard interview process, and not much prep has to be done for it, except for stage 2. The recruiters help you a lot, and you can ask them any questions and get back to you quickly
had multiple interviews one was a presentation about the company, was a good process with quick replies and accepted the job and felt welcomed when joining, overall a smooth process to follow
