The interview process is absolute overkill, especially for a more entry level position. The interview process was initial screening, hiring manager, recruiter, exec level, hiring manager again. The entire process took over 5 weeks. The rejection email was a canned response with no feedback. After kindly requesting feedback multiple times the recruiter stopped replying to me. Recruiters are the forerunners of a companies image to external hires, keep this in mind when applying since they didn't leave a good impression in the slightest.
