Answer customer's inquiries and assist beauty professionals in their concerns via email or phone. I also process new client accounts, maintaining customer accounts, implementing changes to existing accounts, and filing documents and other paperwork.

Interview
The leadership weren't familiar with technology development so they were not sure what to ask. The process is Very scattered. They seemed to be more interested in the Xmas holiday then hiring for their open jobs. It took a long time for them to respond about how I did.
