The interview process was over the phone and lasted about 30 minutes. It went ok however, I never heard anything back after I interviewed for the position even after reaching out.
The interview was very straightforward. I had two zoom interviews, one with the marketing manager, and one with the social media manager. They after had me work on an art test for them and present it in person for my last interview.
Very smooth, asked lots of questions about problem solving and overall content experience. Asked which editing programs I used and where I gain content inspiration from. Also asked how I felt about an in house position.
