The first-round interview with HR was a relatively straightforward process, primarily focused on behavioral questions and skills. The interview went smoothly, and I left feeling positive about the interaction. However, after the interview, there was no further communication, leaving me uncertain about the next steps. After some time, I reached out to follow up as I hadn’t received any updates. They advised me to check back in a month, which I did. Upon following up after that period, I was informed that the position had been shelved, effectively ending the process. The lack of communication and clarity throughout the process was disappointing, as it left me in a state of uncertainty for an extended period.

Interview
The interviewer continuously rescheduled and delayed the interview, rather than having integrity about having already filled the role - or finding a preferred candidate. In all, it was an unnecessarily disheartening experience from a company that is known for significantly more professionalism.

Interview
I was contacted by a member of the Resource Development/Recruiting staff via phone. She concucted a short phone interview and then invited me in for an in-person interview. The first person I met with was the VP of Operations - his questions were more high level and general with regard to my professional experience. In addition, he also provided a summary of company benefits and processes. After that, I met with the SVP of Business Development to answer more specific questions regarding my abilities as they related to the needs of this new position. I received an offer within 24 hours, and they offered me more than I asked for!
