Initial Phone call with a recruiter - first stage was general conversations around the role and my experience. The second stage - would have been with the director to dive into the role and experience more.

What are you looking for in your next role? What is making you look for a new position? Tell me about your experience.
3 stage interview. First is a system design test with a senior staff followed by a company culture interview. The latter being relaxed and experience focused. Final stage is a technical test focused on algorithmic problem.
It was a standard first round interview. The recruiter asked questions like why do you want to work here, why this role, what are your salary expectations? It took place over Zoom
