Face to face interview. Relaxed. No trick questions. Pleasant experience. Interviewers very nice. Interviewed by two people. Feedback within a week. Standard questions, talk through your CV, highlight relevant experience. Scenario questions, what would you do if...., give me an example of.... etc

Interview process was excellent. I was asked what troponins assay was used in my own lab. I think it was a test of confidentially aswell so could have framed it that way. 18 mins assay. I didn't get a chance to ask what tech they use in lab.
