Very disorganised and not respectful of your time. Dealt with two recruiters. First one ghosted while arranging first interview. Second one rescheduled interview five minutes before, then ghosted after interview. I get the impression they are unstable and switching recruiters regularly. The rescheduling and ghosting is a pattern that needs to be addressed.

Got contacted for the first interview, after scheduling it the HR postponed it one hour before it the first time, the second one he didn't even bother and just ghosted me. Funny part of it, the invitation literally says : " Cancellation Policy: Please be gentle using cancellation. Everybody's time is valuable. "
