BeReal. Engineering Manager interview questions

Had a 15 minute chat with recruiter who had to postpone the interview twice due to illness. No problem there. Chat wen't well and the role seemed interesting. Was promised an interview with a tech lead which would be organised in the next day or two. A week later I still haven't heard anything. Seems like they have a reputation for ghosting people.
