Very straight forward and professional. What I would expect from a company when going for a role like this. It was a formal process but very friendly in their approach.

Questions were based around finding if both candidate and employer would be a good fit for each other. Found it help me know if I would be a good fit for the company and if the company would be a good fit for me.
