Confusing .. weird text and interview process. They said they would reach out with a yes or no but I never heard back again. When I was going on the zoom call it seemed like they were doing back to back calls which I found kids of weird too. A bit unprofessional

2 zoom interviews , one was 10 mins the other about 20 mins . The second round was more informative and let you know everything that is expected of you. They were very clear

I was asked about marketing terms, and how my experience can help in the job
Meeting w/ both of the owners, personable. Direct onsite because I interviewed in the past and did well that time. From the time I sent my resume to interview day: 2 weeks. From interview day to offer over the phone: 2 weeks.
The syllabus for the interviews is very clear and simple.
