The difficulty/rigor of the interview process here was on par with my interview experience at large, Fortune 500s; thorough, behavioral and -- to go the full distance in the interview process -- a significant undertaking for the candidate. The people I met in all positions are exceptionally bright, very driven and -- beyond qualifications for the position -- they seem very intent on you being a culture fit. The majority of questions were around my approach to work and general philosophy of project management. The presentation round is tough, and you get 48hrs to put together a ~1hr presentation on a topic of their choosing.
