Long winded interview. I was given a case study, however, I felt it was more of an exercise to gather ideas rather than the job position. Plus they do not give you criteria on their selection process, and then of course the selection would be subjective.
Initial screening call with HR followed by Case Study on Airbnb Mobile web vs app and Technical round with Hiring Manager/Team Director before the final HR call for company culture fit.
