Applied online and was contacted by HR within a few days. Nothing else happened until about 4 months later when I had a 12 minute phone interview with a MD and then received a rejection email the next day. I have over 25 years of experience and they did not even want to meet me face to face. Actually glad that the process ended like it did.
Very professional and sterile. The interviewer was from Human Resources so she only provided limited information about clinic. The questions were very straight forward and typical of a large corporation. She was there to weed out candidates which is typical I would imagine.

Always go through a recruiter. With a hospital system this large, your application is likely to go unnoticed. Credentialing does take approximately 60-90 days. Mine was delayed due to a clerical error, but this time frame is about average.
