Interview by the manager of the clinic, took about 45-60 minutes, started off asking general "tell me about yourself", to specific population questions, expressed interest in hiring during interview, ended with time to ask interviewer questions, getting in touch with a HR Baylor recruiter is really helpful to land an interview

Uploaded resume; phone call after a few days. I went to their building for an in-person interview. It went well, I am set to shadow their therapist soon to see if it’s a good fit.
The interview process was two step. Once with the manager, then it was followed up by other occupational therapists. The process was pretty organized overall. My contact person was the manager following the interview.
